Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical and dental coverage. The opportunity for significant additional compensation through performance-based bonuses is substantial, with uncapped earning potential for driven individuals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum two years of IIROC licensing experience - active (not necessarily consecutive)

  • Extensive experience working as an Investment Advisor

  • Background in discussing individual stocks with clients, including buying or selling recommendations

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) one of the following designations: CIM, CFA Level 1, or MBA

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve financial goals

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to exceed targets

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Proven track record of proactive client engagement and relationship building
