Hal is a Senior Vice President and member of Capital Markets Advisors’ Recruiting and Business Development Teams. Hal brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with over 25 years as a Director with Standard & Poor’s Corporate Ratings for over 25 years and eight years of International Banking experience with BNP and SMBC. 

Hal received his MBA from New York University and holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and French from SUNY Albany. He is a proud graduate of Stuyvesant High School and has served as a Mentor to alumni and current students. In addition, Hal was a Senior Board Member of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association for seven years, including as the originator of the Alumni Association’s Industry Events series. He has also served as the lead Creative Producer of the upcoming production of Teacher Man, a new Broadway-bound play adapted from writer and educator Frank McCourt's best-selling memoirs of Frank McCourt (Angela’s Ashes, Teacher Man, ‘Tis).
