Allison is a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Consultant and member of Capital Markets Advisors’ Recruiting Team. Allison brings 15 years of executive search specializing in mid/senior leadership placements across technology, financial services, and marketing.  Allison has multiple years of in-house and agency experience along with international recruiting that includes North America and Europe.  Allison has experience working with private companies, tech start-ups and global tech companies.

Prior to joining Capital Markets Advisors, Allison worked in-house with a global tech company focusing on hiring across North America as they scaled their development teams including: VP of Hardware Development, multiple Software Developer roles and Senior Finance roles.
